BUILDiQ and FIXiQ provide advisory, intelligence, documentation, workflow, and operational support services. Our tools, reports, and recommendations are intended to support decision-making and operational clarity. They do not replace professional legal, engineering, architectural, insurance, accounting, regulatory, or construction advice. Clients remain responsible for final decisions and for engaging qualified professionals where required.
Nature of the services
BUILDiQ provides owner-side advisory, project management, site supervision, documentation, and reporting services. FIXiQ provides property intelligence, issue intake, documentation, and operational memory services. Outputs support decision-making; they are not a substitute for licensed professional advice.
Client responsibility
- The client remains responsible for final business, project, property, legal, insurance, and construction decisions.
- Qualified professionals (legal, engineering, architectural, insurance, accounting, regulatory) should be engaged where their advice is required.
Information and outputs
- Information, reports, and recommendations are based on available records and client-provided documentation.
- Outputs depend on the completeness and quality of the information provided.
- Reports and recommendations are not guarantees of project outcome, construction performance, insurance coverage, warranty coverage, legal interpretation, or regulatory approval.
