After years working across construction, restoration, condominium repair, property management, and building issue investigations, we saw the same problem again and again: the property history was never in one place.
Every building had a story, but that story was scattered across emails, texts, PDFs, old managers, vendors, board notes, and resident complaints.
FIXiQ was created to preserve that story and make it usable.
FIXiQ is part of The Lionsgate Group, alongside BUILDiQ, the owner’s-representative consulting division. The group’s roots are in real construction and property operations in Edmonton, Alberta — and the bench is active today: an institutional supportive-housing build under construction management, a CMHC MLI Select purpose-built rental completing, and an 18-property management portfolio behind the platform’s design. This is software built by operators, not in isolation.
